Order Confirmation

Once you've made your purchase, you'll receive a confirmation email. Our team will process your order and prepare it for dispatch. Our courier partners may contact you to confirm the delivery date and time. Once confirmed, you’ll receive tracking details to monitor your order.

On delivery day, please be available to inspect and sign for your items. Report any damages or discrepancies within 24 hours by emailing info@tool2build.co.uk.

How Will My Order Be Delivered?

We’re committed to offering a fast, secure, and dependable delivery service across all products. We select the most suitable courier for each order, using trusted carriers including DPD, UPS, FedEx, and DHL.

Please note that choosing a specific carrier is not currently possible. Deliveries are generally made Monday to Friday.

Delivery Fees

For Orders Over £100: Free of Charge  
For Orders £100 and Under: £6.95 Delivery Fee  

Deliveries usually arrive within 2–4 working days. Smaller items are sent as standard parcels that do not require pallet delivery or a two-person lift.

Pallet Delivery (Heavy Items)

Some larger or heavier products, such as saws, dust extractors, and compressors, may require pallet delivery. This service is free of charge and normally arrives within 2–4 working days.

Pallet deliveries are curbside drop-off only. We recommend having two people available to assist with unloading. Inside delivery must be pre-booked and may incur additional costs.

Additional Delivery Services

Priority, named day, and door delivery options are available upon request. As these depend on item size, weight, and delivery destination, we cannot provide an exact cost upfront.

After placing your order, email info@tool2build.co.uk for a tailored delivery quote. We’ll confirm available options and pricing before dispatch.

After Payment is Processed

Once your payment has been processed, we dispatch your order within the delivery timeframe stated on the product page. You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has left the warehouse.

Our team will choose the most suitable courier method for your order. It is not possible to select a courier manually.

Where Does Tool2Build Deliver?

We deliver across the United Kingdom. Additional charges may apply for offshore or remote regions, including the Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, and Northern Ireland.

Delivery Access Information

Please notify us of any access issues before delivery, such as narrow roads, steps, steep driveways, or restricted entrances, to ensure smooth access for our delivery partners.

Partial Deliveries

Some products may ship in multiple boxes. In rare cases, deliveries may arrive on separate days. If you receive an incomplete delivery, please contact us at info@tool2build.co.uk or 0330 122 8624.

Customer Responsibility for Pallet Disposal

Pallet deliveries are curbside drop-off only. Inside delivery requires prior arrangement. If not pre-booked, customers must assist with moving goods into their property or workspace. Please ensure that the product fits through all access points before delivery.

Delivery Tracking

Occasional gaps between tracking updates are normal. If more than six calendar days pass without a new update, please contact us and we’ll follow up with the courier directly.

Delivery Timeframes and Special Circumstances

Standard delivery times are 2–4 working days. Deliveries may take longer during public holidays, high-demand periods, or seasonal sales events.

Orders placed after 12 pm on Friday or during weekends will be processed on the next working day (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

If your order is delayed, or if you do not receive tracking information within 48 hours, please contact us so we can investigate promptly.

Liability Disclaimer

Tool2Build cannot be held responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by third-party couriers. Any claims for carrier delays should be made directly with the courier service.
