Placing an Order

Will I get confirmation of my order?
Yes. Once your order has been placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email straight away. This confirms that we’ve received your order and pre-authorised your payment method.

I placed my order, but didn’t receive a confirmation email. Why?
If you don’t see a confirmation email, check the following:
• Look in your junk or spam folder.
• Make sure your email address was entered correctly at checkout.
• Your email provider may have strong spam filters blocking our messages.

If you still can’t find your confirmation, please contact us at info@tool2build.co.uk and include an alternative email address so we can resend it.

Why do you need my phone number?
Some couriers require a contact number to arrange delivery. This helps ensure smooth communication if there are any delivery issues. Your number is kept private and will never be shared.

Is it safe to buy online through your website?
Yes. Tool2Build uses SSL encryption technology to protect your information. Your personal and payment details are secure at all times.

What is the cut-off time for placing my order?
All orders placed by 12 pm (midday) GMT on a business day are processed the same day.
Orders placed after 12 pm or over the weekend will be processed the next working day.

Where do you deliver?
We deliver across the UK mainland.
Additional charges may apply for offshore or remote regions such as the Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, and Northern Ireland.

Do you deliver outside of the United Kingdom?
No, we currently only deliver within the UK.

How much is the delivery?
For orders over £100: Free of charge
For orders £100 and under: £6.95 delivery fee

Additional delivery charges may apply for remote regions listed above.

How long does it take to dispatch my order?
Orders placed before 12 pm on a business day are processed and dispatched within 24 hours.
Orders placed after 12 pm or during weekends are processed on the next working day.

How long will delivery take once dispatched?
Our standard delivery time is 2–4 working days.
