At Tool2Build, we aim to make sure every customer is fully satisfied with their purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please read our refund and return policy below.
The following terms apply to any products purchased from us.

Goods refer to the items offered for sale on our website.
Orders mean a request by you to purchase Goods from us.
Website refers to Tool2Build, accessible from www.tool2build.co.uk.
You means the individual or company using the Service, as applicable.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period ends 14 days after the date you received the Goods, or when a third party you nominated (not the carrier) takes possession of them.

We will issue your refund no later than 14 days after we receive the returned Goods. Refunds will be made to the same payment method used for your order. No fees will be charged for this process.
Refund processing times vary by payment provider. Standard card refunds take 3–5 business days, but in some cases may take up to 2 weeks. For third-party payment methods such as Klarna, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, please allow up to 2 weeks for us to process the return and up to 10 additional business days for the provider to credit your account.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
• The Goods were purchased within the last 14 days.
• The Goods are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
The following Goods cannot be returned:
• Items made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
• Goods not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons and unsealed after delivery.
• Goods that, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any items that do not meet the above conditions.
Returning Goods
If Goods arrive damaged or faulty, collection and return are free of charge.
For all other returns, you are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to us.
